This is your new hire whole life enrollment. All benefit-eligible employees must make their elections on this site for voluntary Whole Life with Long Term Care, underwritten by Unum.

Current policyholders who do not wish to add more coverage and simply keep their existing policy are not required to login. Decreases or cancellations to existing policies require you to contact Unum at 1-800-635-5597.

Premiums are paid by direct bill to your credit card or debit card beginning on 1/5/2026, and continue on the 5th of each month thereafter.

Many states, such as California, may follow the lead of Washington State, which adopted a state-run long-term care (LTC) program in 2019, and implemented income tax for state residents beginning in 2023. A Whole Life policy with LTC Rider may be the right answer to provide you and your family with financial security for your future and avoid paying the new LTC tax.

This is your opportunity to protect your family's financial security at an affordable rate in the event you need long-term care services or upon death. The maximum death benefit for employees is $100,000 if you are age 50 or younger, $50,000 if you are age 51 or older, acceptance guaranteed, if you were hired on or after 9/1/25, no health questions.
